We also offer to pick up your car, clean it according to the chosen package and return the car for you. We add for our delivery service € 30,- incl. 20% VAT up to 50 km travel distance.

Come as often as you want, we clean your car always to perfection and will do, whatever is needed to keep it at our top level. You will always drive a car cleaned to our business-level, will always have a free parking space with us and therefore less stress when traveling. This is our executive service. Is the parking fee included in the cleaning?
Answer: NO; our prices cover our service, you will have to pay the parking fee as always at either the machines or directly when exiting the parking house. There are no reductions with our service, but you can purchase reduced parking tickets with our partner www.parkgutscheine.at.
Do i need a reservation?
Can I pick up my car at any time?
Answer: YES; when you drop off your car you will get a checkout card and a personal PIN by text message. With this you can get your car at any time when you come back from the car key safe deposit box.
How do I pay?
Answer: CASHLESS AT THE DEPOSIT BOX; You can pay with any major credit or debit card at the safe deposit box upon pick up. Of course, we also provide a proper invoice.

Please note that the payment is done with card and PIN-code only!
Can I get an invoice to a company?
Answer: YES; If you want to have the invoice printed with special details, just let us know upon the drop-off process or give us your business card. Nevertheless, the payment is done when you pick up your car again.

How is the cleaning done?
Answer: With our innovative and eco-friendly steam machines we clean your car exclusively by hand. This guarantees a thoroughly and gentle cleaning which is also environmentally friendly, as we only use about 4 litres of water per car.
How long can I leave my car with you?
Answer: As long as you want – the parking fee is independent from our service. We clean your car shortly prior your arrival in Vienna.
How much time do you need for a cleaning?
Answer: Depending on the package we need at least 1 hour to clean your car. Only due to equipment breakdown or other unforeseen issues we cannot guarantee same-day delivery. If we cannot finish the work prior your arrival, we will just charge for what we´ve finished.
How do I find my car?
Answer: The actual parking space is depicted on your invoice. If you ordered a pick-up at blue parking, it is parked right in the immediate vicinity of the car deposit box. Other than that your car is parked at any free parking space within the parking house.
